Yes, we offer professional 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Furniture must be in its original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are Mai Furniture products covered by a warranty?

Every piece of furniture comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
