At Mai Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware and instruction manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a professional courier service to pick up larger furniture items from your home.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
